My box was badly damaged when arrived and i didnt hear back when emailing customer service. Cancelling was easily done through the website though. I like that most boxes allow immediate cancellation features now when platforms are getting better.

My boyfriend and I LOVE this box. It comes with many snacks and a small non-snack item to look at it play with. It comes in a nice box and they really fill it up! Great buy!
