Started the service so I wouldn't spend money on clothes each month, ended the service after receiving my fourth box. The clothes are definitely not designer and are low quality. If you are a hipster you'll like these clothes, even the classic looks are geared toward Cali-Justin Bieberer looking dudes. If you have any muscles in your legs, back, and arms prepare to look like you shopped at baby gap and to rip through the back of the shirt. I wanted to cancel after the first month but they gave me a month free. Then I wanted to cancel after that and they gave me a $30 box, and then I felt like I needed to give them one more chance and paid $60 for another month. In total 4 boxes, I wear about 2 things out of all of them. Big waste of money.

Started a year ago. I liked the initial couple packages. I still like the fit of their jeans and t-shirts, but since June the quality and quantity of each package has slid. I had one delayed shipment in July or August. When I got it, the clothes were atrocious and completely not my style (not a member of a yacht club on Fire Island). Last shipment was literally just a t-shirt and a sateen, members only style jacket. And for this I was paying $65? No. Cancelled. Their sizing is great for bigger guys, but their entire style is geared to tiny hipster dudes. So you end up looking like ... well, a giant hipster dude. May try it again in a few months, but not my thing right now. Needs a major stylistic overhaul. Or at least the ability to really customize your style and say, no, I don't want a three tone polo shirt and slim cut booty shorts.

I am submitting this review as a warning to people who are shorter and/or overweight. I recently purchased my first box, where they asked me among other questions, my size. I honestly need a 40x29 size pants, which I put. I submitted and eagerly awaited my new clothes. When the clothes arrived the shirt was okay, nothing special, but the problem was in my pants. They were as long as I am tall. At 5'4'' I need shorter pants. I contacted them via e-mail and talked a a customer service woman who apologized and told me they don't make a 29 in inseam with a 40 waist. I was told they had standard sizes, that I never saw or was warned about, but when I decided to dig deep into the website found them. They did offer to give me a $10 discount on my next box if I wanted to get them tailored. However it is hard to tailor pants when the crotch goes past your knees. Plus, why would I want a second box if you don't make clothes that fit me. I then asked for a refund and was told they are a no refund company, but I could have a different article of premium clothes. So now I will get 2 shirts, which doesn't seem fair. So please be warned they are a borderline scam of a company who will send you whatever they want including sizes and you can not ever get a refund when you are unhappy with the product.
